Your responsibility

• Collaborate closely with Product and Design teams, taking full responsibility and ownership of projects from conception to post-deployment in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• Lead the development of new features and functionalities from ideation to implementation, managing the entire development lifecycle
• Focus on high-end performance web UI
• Build a shared vision with domain leadership for key product initiatives. Support development by prototyping and collaborating with leading developers and technical leaders across the organization, serving as a subject matter expert
• Contribute to the overall technical strategy and roadmap for our products, driving initiatives to enhance code quality, performance, and scalability
• Foster a culture of innovation and continuous growth, inspiring the team to explore new ideas and think creatively
• Continuously monitor and analyze product metrics and user feedback to identify areas for improvement and optimization
• Our Stack: React.js, Redux, Node.js, Ruby on Rails, AWS, Elastic Search, Redis, and MySQL. We encourage our teams to stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve our product

Your Experience & Skills

• Strong technical skills and a passion for building products that provide a great user experience
• 3+ years of experience building front-end and full-stack applications
• Experience building web applications from scratch and leading large-scale projects
• High sense of ownership and accountability
• Previous knowledge and experience with AI tools or integrating AI-driven solutions into products is a plus
• Deep understanding of front-end technologies, DOM, client-side performance, browser compatibilities, and optimization techniques (e.g., caching, CDN)
• Effective at troubleshooting, debugging, and root causing defects in large-scale systems
• Develop clean, high-quality code and automated tests
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and departments
• Focus on quality and simplicity
• Team player with strong communication skills and empathy
• Degree in Computer Science (not required; we value super-talented people)
