We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our growing app marketplace ecosystem. You will play a pivotal role in helping the company grow by influencing the decision-making of one of our growth engines - the app marketplace. 

We’re looking for a team player with great analytical skills, the ability to tell a story through data, an eye for detail, great communication, and a keenness for problem-solving. You will ensure that our data and insights are actionable to drive decisions across the business and communicate data-driven insights and recommendations to key stakeholders at all levels, internally and externally. You will work closely with teams across the ecosystem unit in order to uncover opportunities to drive our marketplace growth to the next level.

• Create and maintain dashboards to track product and partner performance, monitor KPIs, and communicate insights to the team.
• Monitor the integrity and validity of the data reported
• Be responsible for analyzing complex data sets, identifying key insights, and translating them into actionable recommendations to enhance our developer's app offerings
• Lead deep dive analysis to uncover new opportunities to promote apps and directly determine the team strategy
• Identifying areas for improvement and making recommendations for new opportunities.
• Work with large amounts of data and build tools and infrastructure to streamline the process.
• Develop strong partnerships with functional leaders to drive focus on business objectives. Be a trusted partner for executive management to ensure program success.

• 3+ years of proven experience as an Analyst
• Proficient level of SQL - MUST
• B2B SaaS company experience - advantage 
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience working with BI/Analytics tools (e.g. Looker, Tableau, mode, etc)
• Deep understanding of numbers, as well as a strong business sense. Know when to use a single number and when to build a complex model to gain insight
• Curious, independent, rigorous, and proactive kind of person
• Ability to tell the story and present the results in a clear and interesting way
• Great communicator and can build relationships with a diverse set of stakeholders.
• Excellent team player, and strong attention to detail
• Fluent English
