Senior Product Designer (Workflow)

We’re looking for a passionate Senior Product Designer to guide this product to new and innovative places, shaping the design vision and strategy to deliver seamless and delightful user experiences.

Requirements:

• Experienced Designer: You have 5+ years of experience in UX and UI design, and you’ve led design projects before. Experience with workflow automation is a plus.
• Portfolio Pro: You have a strong portfolio that showcases your design skills and your ability to tackle complex projects.
• Tool Savvy: You’re comfortable with design tools like Figma, Rive, and prototyping tools.
• Leader and Collaborator: You know how to lead a team, communicate your ideas clearly, and work well with others.
• Educated: You have a degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field. Additional certifications are a bonus.
• Up-to-Date: You’re always on top of the latest design tools and trends. You understand how the design landscape is evolving and are excited to lead the charge with modern solutions that meet the highest standards.

• Own the Design Vision – Lead the end-to-end design process, crafting scalable and impactful solutions that enhance user engagement and retention.
• Create User-Centric Experiences – Rely on user research, data, and A/B testing to identify pain points and optimize user journeys.
• Collaborate & Influence – Work closely with product, engineering, data science, and marketing teams to create a cohesive, high-end user experience.
• Bring Ideas to Life – Brainstorm, prototype, and refine features, translating complex challenges into intuitive designs.
• Drive Design Excellence – Maintain consistency across the product while pushing innovation and fresh ideas forward.
• Communicate & Advocate – Present your work effectively to stakeholders, using strong storytelling and visual skills to inspire and align teams.
