We are seeking highly motivated and experienced Legal Counsel to join our Product and Technology team. You will advise on product counseling, AI, technology implementation, data privacy, marketing and IP, working closely with cross functional teams to ensure compliance, mitigate risks, and protect company interests.

The ideal candidate will be adept at navigating complex legal landscapes, handling multiple priorities, and scaling legal frameworks. • Collaborate with Product and R&D teams on legal aspects of the product lifecycle, from inception through launch, across global markets.
• Advise on global AI, data protection, advertising, consumer-facing, and intellectual property laws and regulations.
• Develop and maintain training materials and other legal resources for use by business partners.
• Draft, negotiate, and manage a variety of commercial agreements, covering technology, licensing, marketing, tech partnerships, integrations, and IP.
• Identify and counsel on legal risks and provide practical guidance and mitigation strategies for new and existing products, features, and go-to-market initiatives.
• Scale legal processes and frameworks that ensure efficient protection of the company’s interests.
• Support marketing initiatives by staying aligned with team activities and reviewing advertisements and social media content for compliance with IP, privacy, and consumer protection laws.
• Develop and implement global AI governance and compliance processes.
• Counsel on issues of data security, open source, and technology partnerships.
• Collaborate with various internal stakeholders to integrate legal advice into business decisions and product development.
• Communicate legal issues clearly and effectively to non-legal team members, ensuring alignment between legal requirements and business goals.

• Excellent Legal counsel with 5+ years of relevant experience, preferably as an in-house product counsel at a technology company.
• Deep understanding of global technology, AI, IP, data protection, and marketing regulations, and experience in understanding implications and advising on issues relating these fields in a technology context.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong understanding of SaaS products, AI technologies, and the regulatory landscape affecting technology companies.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and problem solving skills, with a strong attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate complex legal concepts in a simple and effective way to non legal audiences.
• A collaborative, proactive mindset with a passion for technology.

• Strong legal and business judgment, exceptional attention to detail, and organizational skills.
• Highly motivated with outstanding communication, interpersonal skills, strategic thinking, and ability to collaborate across functions.
