We’re looking for an Engineering Group Lead (Enterprise) to spearhead multiple high-performing teams and drive monday.com’s expansion into the enterprise market. In this pivotal role, you’ll empower your teams to reach their goals, mentor them through their professional journeys, and foster an environment where they can thrive and innovate.

As the leader of this group, you’ll oversee two core pillars of our platform: Users and Permissions—critical components that ensure our product seamlessly supports millions of users worldwide. Your leadership will be key to scaling both our product and R&D initiatives, enabling us to meet the complex needs of large organizations.

• Recruit top talent, provide mentorship, build effective processes, and cultivate a strong engineering culture.
• Address technical challenges across the company with creative and effective solutions.
• Oversee technical projects from conception to completion, ensuring alignment with company goals.
• Act as both a technical leader and a people manager.
• Set clear expectations and provide context to promote accountability and ownership.
• Work closely with product managers, designers, and developers to execute our roadmap, and maintain ongoing communication with client-facing teams.
