Customer Experience Operations

A leading and well-established real estate company is looking for a Customer Experience Operations professional to join its headquarters team.

This role sits at the intersection of customer service, data, and operations, with real influence on how customer experience is measured, analyzed, and continuously improved across the organization.

About the role:
You will work closely with the Customer Experience Manager and collaborate with marketing, operations, and other internal teams. The role combines hands-on execution with analytical thinking and involvement in cross-organizational initiatives aimed at improving service quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor service quality and customer satisfaction metrics
- Collect, analyze, and translate customer feedback into actionable insights
- Support the creation, distribution, and analysis of customer surveys
- Prepare reports and insights for the Customer Experience Manager
- Work cross-functionally with marketing and operations teams to implement service improvements
- Take part in customer experience projects, initiatives, and customer-facing events
