Legal Counsel | Commercial Real Estate

A well-established, privately held real estate development group specializing in income-producing real estate projects in Israel is seeking an experienced lawyer.

The role includes ongoing legal support for the company’s operations, managing complex real estate transactions, negotiating with commercial and public sector entities, and supporting projects through planning, development, and leasing.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage acquisitions, sales, and leasing transactions involving income-producing properties, with a focus on office properties.
- Handle a broad range of commercial agreements.
- Work with authorities, external legal counsel, tenants, and suppliers.
- Oversee legal proceedings related to the company’s activities.
- Provide ongoing legal advice and support to the company’s management.
