Technical Manager

We are looking for a Technical Manager to join our dynamic company located in Holon. This is an exciting opportunity to lead cutting-edge, multidisciplinary systems and work with top-tier professionals in a global environment   Key Responsibilities:     Provide technical leadership for complex, software-intensive multidisciplinary systems, collaborating with diverse development and integration teams Drive system engineering processes from development through delivery to the customer Define requirements and work closely with internal and external teams Manage complex technical processes and develop detailed work plans Interface with customers in Israel and abroad     Requirements:     Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science Master’s degree in Systems Engineering or Business Administration – an advantage At least 5 years of experience in developing multidisciplinary systems combining hardware and software Proven experience managing complex engineering scopes from requirements through customer implementation Experience leading engineering teams and advanced technological processes Strong background in defining technical requirements and conducting design reviews (CDR, PDR, SRR) Skilled in writing technical documentation Background in airborne systems or SIGINT/EW systems – an advantage Former experience in technological units – an advantage Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with strong business understanding and integrative vision Excellent interpersonal skills High-level English proficiency   *Only suitable applications will be considered
