Elbit Systems is an international high technology company engaged in a wide range of programs throughout the world, primarily in the defense and homeland security arenasWe develop and supply a broad portfolio of airborne, land and naval systems and products for defense, homeland security and commercial applications   We are looking for a Logic Design Engineer to join our FPGA Development Team, located in Rehovot   The FPGA Development Team is responsible for designing and implementing advanced digital systems, including signal and image processing algorithms, across a variety of platformsOur engineers work in a multidisciplinary environment, collaborating with hardware, software, algorithms, and system teams to deliver high-quality, high-performance solutions   Responsibilities   Engineering work in a dynamic and challenging environment, with a focus on development processes and design qualityDefinition, implementation, integration, and verification of FPGA components, including signal and image processing algorithmsCollaboration with multiple disciplines including hardware, software, algorithms, and system engineering Requirements B.Sc. in Electrical or Electronics Engineering – a mustMinimum 3 years of experience in VHDL/Verilog design and FPGA implementation – a mustHands-on experience with AI hardware networks and their implementation – an advantageDeep understanding of the full FPGA development cycle: simulation, synthesis, P&R, report analysis, and debuggingFamiliarity with communication interfaces, external memory interfaces, and control mechanism design – an advantageExperience in implementing signal or image processing algorithms – an advantageExperience with Matlab and/or Python – an advantageAbility to work independently and as part of a teamStrong technical writing skills in English
