We are seeking a talented and passionate Generative AI Engineer to join and help lead our innovative multidisciplinary cutting-edge GenAI R&D groupIn this pivotal engineering role, you will have unique opportunity to impact on the technological landscape, lead end-to-end development of a variety of AI solutions, frameworks, tools and services leveraging the latest in generative AI technologies ranging from managed-service offerings to custom-built systems - delivered across both on-premises and cloud environmentsYou will work closely with fellow engineers and cross-functional stakeholders to help our organization unlock new possibilities for innovation and productivity across engineering & operational domainsIf you thrive on technical challenges, love working at the forefront of AI, and want to have your hands in game-changing projects, we want to hear from you Responsibilities Solution EngineeringTake GenAI use-cases from concept to production: understand requirements, evaluate approaches, and deliver robust, scalable solutions Architect and develop end-to-end AI/GenAI products/solutions/agents (LLMs, multi-modal) - including data ingestion/integration pipelines for advanced processing, AI/GenAI service selection (cloud & on-prem), deployment, and monitoring Build and integrate reusable frameworks, tools, and microservices for GenAI workloads in both hybrid (cloud/on-  premises) setups   Serve as a core member of the organization’s Center of Excellence (CoE) for Generative AI development - mentoring GenAI champions from various divisions and providing expert guidance and applicative support to teamHands-On Development  Leverage and adapt open-source GenAI tools and models; incorporate best practices in AI engineering, prompt  engineering, and AI orchestration  Deploy, monitor, and maintain GenAI solutions, ensuring reliability, performance, and compliance with   ethical/Responsible AI standards.Collaboration & Knowledge Sharing  Work closely with a multidisciplinary team and business stakeholders to rapidly prototype and iterate AI solutions.Champion code quality, maintain clear technical documentation, and share knowledge to team members  Present results and recommendations to technical & businessInnovation  Stay ahead of the curve by evaluating emerging research, prototyping new generative technologies, and recommending ways to integrate them into our solution stack   Assist in mentoring colleagues and sharing deep GenAI technical knowledge within the team.Initiative & Impact   Identify new GenAI initiatives and opportunities that align with business priorities; provide expert input throughout the project lifecycle Qualifications   Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Engineering, or related field -must 2+ years of hands-on experience developing and deploying generative AI solutions with LLMs, AI-Agents & Multi-Agents, RAG, MCP, Agents-Orchestration in the fields of NLP (documents), computer vision (images/video), multi-modal – must   Proficiency with cloud platforms (Azure) and familiarity with on-premises deployment – must   Strong programming skills in Python and working in Linux environment – must   Expertise in development modern solutions with dockes, K8S, micro-services – must   Experience with Microsoft AI solutions on Azure (Azure AI Foundry, Github Copilot, 365Copilot Agents, Copilot Studio) and Open-Source solutions (n8n, Ollama, OpenWebUI, langchain, langgraph, etc.)   Skilled at designing scalable, production-grade AI solutions   Proven track record in technical project leadership or lead engineer roles Excellent team collaboration, problem-solving, and communication skills
