Requirements   Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering; Master's degree is an advantage Technical manager with 5 years of experience in system engineering, process leadership, and knowledge in the RF field Experience leading an engineering team in a matrix organizational structure and driving processes and experiments Experience in NPI, knowledge in developing tests equipment's tool Experience in writing system documentation Knowledge of hardware High proficiency in English Willingness to travel abroad for the role Ability to make decisions and solve complex problems Systemic thinking
