Data Engineer

תאור משרה We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Data Engineer to join our group. This role combines technical expertise with strategic vision to build and maintain advanced data solutions. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of AWS, Azure, and on-premise environments, as well as a strong background in creating architectures that meet diverse customer needs. Additionally, this role requires experience in building data lakes and leading data strategies to drive organizational success :Key Responsibilities  Collaborate with customers and stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions   Design, implement, and maintain robust data architectures across AWS, Azure, and on-premise environments Lead the design and implementation of data lakes to support scalable data storage, processing, and analytics  Define and execute the organization's data strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and long-term vision     Build and optimize data pipelines for ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes, ensuring efficiency and reliability  Integrate and manage data from diverse sources, ensuring data quality, consistency, and security  Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in cloud, on-premise, and big data to deliver innovative solutions  Provide thought leadership and guidance to the organization on best practices in data engineering and strategy :Requirements     Experience with AWS and Azure cloud platforms, including their data services (e.g., AWS S3, Redshift, Azure Data Lake, Synapse)     Knowledge of on-premise environments and hybrid data solutions Proficiency in data modeling, database design, and large-scale data processing frameworks (e.g., Spark)  Hands-on experience building and maintaining data lakes and optimizing them for various workloads  Expertise in programming languages such as Python and SQL for data engineering tasks   Proven ability to understand and analyze customer requirements, translating them into actionable solutions    Experience in designing end-to-end data architectures and ensuring their successful implementation Background in defining and leading data strategies, aligning them with business objectives   Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with technical teams and business stakeholders Preferred Qualifications  Certifications in AWS (e.g., AWS Certified Data Analytics) or Azure (e.g., Azure Data Engineer Associate)     Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure as code (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation)  Familiarity with BI tools and data visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
