Full Stack Engineer

As a Full Stack Developer (Angular + .NET Core), you’ll lead the development of a unique system already in advanced stages of implementation- a platform designed to streamline complex financial processes and deliver significant value to clients nationwide.

This is a Remote Position -work primarily from home while enjoying a warm, family-oriented culture, with regular team meetings once every two weeks in the Shfela region.

In this role, you’ll combine high-level technical work (Front & Back) with managing an experienced development team in Israel, alongside a product manager and a QA team- ensuring smooth coordination, steady progress, and on-time delivery.

What will you do

• Development in Angular and .NET Core (including API and integrations)
• Managing a geographically distributed team (Front-End, Back-End, QA, Product)
• Planning and tracking schedules and task progress
• Stabilizing and expanding the system, including developing the third phase (mainly API connections)
• About 70% of this role will involve direct, hands-on work, with the remaining 30% dedicated to management and planning responsibilities

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Full Stack development with Angular and .NET Core- Must
• Experience working with cloud environments (Azure/AWS/GCP)- Must
• Previous managerial experience- Advantage
• Experience with ERP systems and API-based integrations - Advantage
• Ability to manage distributed teams
• Strong emotional intelligence and ability to collaborate effectively with teams from diverse cultural backgrounds
