An international software company providing comprehensive IT management solutions is looking a IT Manager

דרישות:

• 6-9 Years of Experience as System Administrator
• Experience with Help Desk ticketing system management, ticketing routing and maintaining a high level of serviceability awareness.
• Proven experience with cloud applications (SaaS, IaaS) like G Suite, Azure, Office 365
• Experience managing, supporting, and troubleshooting hardware and software within a mixed Windows, Mac, and Linux systems environment
• Experience in managing suppliers, contracts and IT Budgets.
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience working with communication networks including communications protocols, firewalls, routers, etc.
• Experience in establishing and enforcing information security and cyber protection policies across all internal IT services.
• Knowledge in user desktop management and administration in active directory domain- GPO, DNS, DHCP.
• VMWare ESX and vCenter
• Firewall/Networking technologies.
• VOIP/PBX administration.
• Linux knowledge, Bash SSH
• Fluency in English
