As an AP Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for:

Processing and recording invoices from both an Israeli and foreign vendors, ensuring accuracy and compliance
Processing and preparation of Bi-monthly payment cycles
Perform reconciliations and maintain accurate documentation
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to streamline invoice processing and payment workflows
Handling other AP related topics

Requirements:

Job Requirements:

Certified Bookkeeper (Level 2)
Up to two years of experience (not mandatory)
Proficiency in Excel (PIVOT tables, VLOOKUP, etc.)
Availability for full-time position
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a team
Highly motivated, organized, detail-oriented, and a team player with an open mind and eagerness to learn
Familiarity with Oracle EBS system- advantage
Good level of English- advantage
