SodaStream: Procurement Compliance & Administration (Temporary and Part-time)

We’re looking for a talented Procurement Coordinator to join our Procurement team at SodaStream HQ in Kfar Saba. This is a temporary position supporting procurement operations and compliance activities. If you’re detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about making a difference – we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities (English):
Support Procurement activities in collaboration with procurement managers & buyers:
Provide administrative support across the Procurement department
Manage supplier onboarding and updates
Create and track purchase orders, follow up with suppliers
Upload procurement agreements into the contract system
Support compliance activities in collaboration with Internal Audit and PepsiCo:
Perform monthly controls
Assist with risk assessments for non-IT vendors
Support TPDD process for existing suppliers
Help map gaps between SodaStream and PepsiCo procedures
Support the HRDD process
Qualifications (English):
Bachelor’s degree or currently pursuing one
High-level English (reading, writing, speaking)
Proficiency in Excel – mandatory
Analytical thinking – strong advantage
Experience in an industrial/global company – strong advantage
Team player with the ability to work independently
Ability to multitask and perform under pressure
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Excellent service orientation

**This is a Temporary and a Part-time role, 3-4 days of work, for 6 months, with an option
