Senior FP&A

.Phibro is seeking a Senior FP&A Manufacturing Operations reporting to the FP&A Manager
The position involves 1-2 days of work at the Beit Shemesh plant, 2 hybrid workdays, and the remainder of the workweek at the headquarters site in Airport City

:Responsibilities
.Serve as the financial business partner for manufacturing operations, providing insights and recommendations to improve performance *
.Participate as a member of the site leadership team, contributing to strategic discussions and decisions *
.Oversee cost accounting processes, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting of manufacturing costs *
.Monitor and analyze spending trends, operational variances, and project costs to ensure alignment with the budget and financial goals *
Collaborate with plant managers to monitor and control operational spending while identifying opportunities for *
.cost optimization. Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning for manufacturing operations
.Prepare monthly financial reports and present key findings to stakeholders *
.Drive continuous improvement in financial processes and reporting tools to enhance efficiency and accuracy *
.Work on ad-hoc analysis and special projects as required by management *
:Qualifications
.Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field *
.5-8 years of relevant finance or FP&A experience, preferably in a manufacturing or operational environment
.Strong understanding of cost accounting principles and manufacturing operations *
.Proven experience in tracking and analyzing budget vs. actual performance for operational expenses *
.Excellent analytical skills and the ability to distill complex financial data into actionable insights *
.Proficiency in ERP systems (Oracle or similar) and business intelligence tools is a plus *
.Advanced Excel skills *
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present financial concepts clearly to non-financial stakeholders *
.Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and drive results *
.Fluent in English ; Hebrew *
