Head of Global Compensation and benefits

Infinidat, A Hyper-growth Global high-tech company, with substantial revenue and profitable growth, is looking for a passionate and energized Head of Global compensation and benefits to lead our C&B practice Globally.

Requirements:

Key requirements:

B.A in Financial Management (Economics / Accounting) / B.A. in Statistics / B.Sc. in Mathematics.
Vast C&B experience in a global Tech company – a must.
Experience in a C&B leading role in a Global company HQ – a plus.
Experience with Sales C&B - advantage
C&B experience in regional Compensation and Benefits management, including GBM (global benefits management) and leading country-specific benefits programs.
Substantial knowledge of US, UK & Israel markets.
Knowledge of C&B methodologies, processes and programs, including equity and medical plans.
Experience in design, implementation and communication of C&B programs.
Experience in educating, mentoring and training business leaders and HR professionals on C&B-related topics.
High level of English & advanced knowledge of Excel.

Responsibilities:

What You’ll Do

You will lead end-to-end our C&B activities and Support the full spectrum of compensation functional processes to drive an agenda that contributes to the company’s continuous growth.
You will work on the day-to-day delivery of effective compensation programs to ensure reward programs are in line with market practice and business strategy.
You will undertake regular benchmarking and market-related pay research to ensure Infinidat remains competitive and an employer of choice. In addition, gather data from market-based compensation surveys by spreadsheet and data analysis techniques to assess results and market trends.
Research employee benefits in similar industries and geographies and advise on changes/updates to the company’s existing benefits or policies.
Collaborate with executive management and key leaders on structuring and optimizing compensation plans and offers.
