We seek a highly skilled and experienced Data and Business Intelligence (BI) Manager to join our global pharmaceutical company.

The ideal candidate will lead the company’s data management strategy, develop and maintain data warehousing, business intelligence, corporate performance management (CPM) initiatives, and project management, reporting directly to the Vice President of Business Technology.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree required; MA/MSc with financial expertise preferred.
Minimum 8 years in data management, BI, and analytics, preferably in the Enterprise market.
Proficiency in data modeling, ETL, SQL, data visualization, BI tools, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Leadership experience with a track record of managing successful teams.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with proficiency in English and other languages, are beneficial.
Experience in global data and BI project management.
A Background in pharmaceuticals, finance, and supply chain is considered - an advantage.
Global experience - a must.

Responsibilities:

Develop and Implement Data Strategy: Create a robust data management strategy aligned with business goals, ensuring data integrity, security, and accessibility.
Lead Data Infrastructure: Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of the data infrastructure, focusing on scalability and reliability.
Manage Data Experts: Provide leadership and mentorship to a team of data experts and BI analysts, driving innovation and excellence.
Collaborate for Insights: Work with cross-functional teams to identify data-driven insights and trends that support strategic decision-making and business growth.
Optimize BI Tools: Implement and optimize BI and CPM tools (e.g., Qlikview, Power BI) for self-service analytics and reporting capabilities.
Track KPIs: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure data management and BI effectiveness.
Project Management: Lead and manage data and BI projects, ensuring successful execution and alignment with business goals.
Stay Current: Keep up with industry trends, best practices, and emerging data management and BI technologies.
Promote Data Literacy: Foster a data-driven culture through training and workshops.
Adaptability: Exhibit agility in responding to changing business needs and adjusting strategies accordingly.
Leading a team of Data & BI experts.
