Do you want to help us build the DNA of tech.? Vishay Petach Tikva is currently seeking applicants for a Payroll coordinator. You will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing for our employees.

Location:

The company's headquarters is located in Petach Tikva in the Central District. It employs ~60 personnel who provide service and support to the company's 3 factories located in Dimona, Beer Sheva & Migdal Haemek.

In our Petach Tikva offices you may find functions such as: Accounting, Procurement, Human Resources, Logistics, Infrastructure, Business Development, Sales and IT.

What you will be doing:

To process payroll in a timely and accurate manner.
To manage and maintain employee records related to payroll.
To ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local payroll laws and regulations.
To prepare reports for management and external stakeholders.
To respond to employee inquiries related to payroll and benefits.

What you will bring along:

Bachelor's degree in economics / accounting or similar.
Payroll accountant course - required.

Payroll Accountant Course

Prior experience in payroll processing or related field.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Proficient in MS Office and payroll software.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
Up-to-date knowledge of payroll laws and regulations.
English in high level.
