monday.com is looking for an experienced engineering manager with passion for people leadership and ownership of a high velocity continuous delivery R&D organization. You’ll join our R&D Infrastructure organization based in our headquarters in Tel Aviv.

About The Role
Take full ownership of our testing infrastructure used in our release processes to increase overall delivery quality of our products.
Implement best practices in Unit testing, Integration testing, Contract testing, Visual testing, E2E testing.
Influence how developers work in their day to day, provide valuable insights on their code quality and create clear visibility.
Lead and develop our Test Infra team people, vision and agenda, working closely and with a high level of collaboration with the release engineering team..
Work in close collaboration with development teams to get constant feedback and improvement cycles.
Your Experience & Skills
At least 3 years of leadership experience - must.
Great communication skills - must!
Understanding of a big picture - must!
High ownership skills - must!
Hands on with strong technical and coding skills with passion for infrastructure.
Cloud based environments experience.
High production scale environment experience.
Work in a high paced CD environment.
Team player, egoless and empathetic.
