As a Business Analyst, you will take the analytical lead in shaping the future of a brand new game squad. Working alongside a compact, talented team of creatives and developers, you’ll be at the forefront of decision-making-translating data into strategy.

Requirements:

Minimum of 4 years of experience in business analysis, product analysis, or a related field.
At least 4+ years’ experience in B2C or 2+ years in Gaming Industry analyzing large datasets centric role
B.A. / B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering, Math, Statistics, Computer Science or an equivalent background.
Strong SQL with experience in querying large complex data sets - must have.
Experience with BI Visualization tools (Tableau/Looker) - must have.
Vast knowledge in A/B testing including statistical methods
Work experience analyzing large datasets in an Analytics / Product / Monetization centric role- Advantage.
Experience with Python (Pandas, SciPy, NumPy, Matplotlib, Seaborn) – Advantage.

Responsibilities:

Analyze large, complex data sets to solve business questions and be a data-oriented users behavior expert.
Plan, create & implement day-to-day events and promotions strategies based on users' behavior analysis.
Build automated dashboards and reports to facilitate company-wide awareness and understanding of key business metrics and players' experience.
Coordinate with designers and product teams to execute monthly events and promotions across all our game platforms.
Recommend new ways to optimize and maximize game revenues.
