Job Description:

Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, CV screening, in-depth interviews, candidate assessment, and onboarding.
Partner closely with hiring managers to define role requirements and drive tailored recruitment strategies.
To attract top talent, utilize various sourcing channels (LinkedIn, social networks, employee referrals, and more).
Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Support employer branding initiatives and implement creative recruitment campaigns.
Requirements

Requirements:

3+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Business, or a related field.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes in a dynamic environment.
Experience using sourcing techniques to attract passive candidates.
High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
