We seek an intelligent, professional individual to join our team as a VP of Finance and lead the finance team.

Responsibilities:

As a VP of Finance, you will be responsible for the following:

Managing the ongoing finance for all Team8 Funds - financial statements, cash flow, boards, and KPIs
Managing the foundry companies’ building process and support.
Managing Team8 management company finance - BvA, audit process, tax and policies.
Supporting companies to build their process for their KPIs analysis
Performing managerial reporting and forecasting based on the KPIs gathered
Undertaking ad-hoc financial tasks

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you should have:

CPA 5+ years of accounting and financial leading experience - Must
Proven experience as a VP of Finance or similar role in a startup - Must
Proven ability to manage finance teams and to manage managers - Must
Background in Funds - advantage
Familiarity with SAAS companies KPIs - Must
Proven project management capabilities and analytical abilities
Analytical mindset and strong communication skills, especially in conveying financial information to diverse audiences
In-depth knowledge of corporate finance and accounting principles, laws, and best practices, especially US GAAP and IFRS - Must
High proficiency in English
