Join Tadmor's demo company as a DNU-Duplicate-Behavior Specialist, where you will be instrumental in refining and optimizing processes to enhance our operational efficiency. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve duplicative behaviors, driving innovation and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities:

Analyze current processes to identify duplicative behaviors and propose improvements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process enhancements.
Develop and maintain documentation for optimized workflows.
Monitor and report on the impact of implemented changes.
Provide training and support to team members on new processes.
Lead workshops to gather feedback and insights from stakeholders.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in process optimization or a similar role.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Experience leading workshops or training sessions.
Familiarity with project management methodologies is a plus.
