We’re looking for a talented and motivated Frontend Tech Lead to join our team and drive the development of both our SDK – embedded in clients’ websites and reaching massive fan audiences – and client-facing web applications for content management, analytics, and more. Beyond your immediate team, you’ll have a broader impact, shaping frontend development across the company by driving best practices, architectural decisions, and technological direction.

What you’ll do:

Lead the development and delivery of our SDK and client-facing web applications using modern frontend technologies.
Set high coding standards and ensure best practices are followed across the frontend team.
Collaborate closely with frontend developers, backend engineers, QA, designers and product managers to create seamless and engaging user experiences.
Mentor and support frontend developers, fostering technical growth within the team.
Play a key role in our frontend guild, driving innovation, sharing knowledge, and influencing frontend strategy across the company.

Requirements:

What you’ll need:

5+ years of experience in Frontend Web Development at product-focused or high-scale companies.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science
Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, and React – Must.
Experience with cross-browser compatibility issues and solutions.
Knowledge of responsive design principles and techniques
Experience with performance optimization and scalable frontend architectures.
Familiarity with version control systems (Git) and modern development workflows.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Previous experience in developing and maintaining JavaScript SDKs for third-party integration – Advantage.
Experience with multimedia frameworks and libraries (e.g., Video.js, Plyr, HLS.js, etc.) - Advantage.
