HR Business Partner

What You’ll Do:

Be a strategic partner to our business leaders; support the Projects department and provide HR guidance for managers.
Develop and implement innovative HR strategies that align with the overall business objectives in various fields such as: training and development programs, compensation and benefits, succession planning, performance reviews and leadership development.
Manage the entire employee lifecycle for the Projects department, from onboarding to career development and offboarding.
Build strong relationships with employees and foster a positive work environment.
Cooperate with talent acquisition to ensure that the hiring process aligns with the projects department’s specific needs.
Manages complex HR Projects.

Reporting to: VP Global Human Resources

What You’ll Bring:

A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
MA / MBA – an advantage
5 years of experience as HRBP supporting senior leaders in an industrial / engineering company.
Experience working in a global organization and understanding of diverse cultures.
Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws.
Excellent interpersonal skills, positive can-do approach and commitment to driving organizational excellence.
English – full proficiency
