Apex is looking for an experienced Investor Relations Associate to join our inclusive and collaborative team in Tel Aviv-Yafo. This full-time financial services role comes with an excellent salary and benefits.
As an Investor Relations Associate, you will cover an assigned set of funds as a knowledgeable and professional point of contact for fund investors, fund managers and internal teams regarding fund documentation, investor registries and AML/KYC processing.
To give you an idea of how this role would look and feel, here are some of the things you could expect to do:
Work with implementation and other internal teams to onboard new fund investors
Conduct and communicate AML and KYC checks for potential and current investors
Collaborate with all relevant parties using effective verbal and written communication to ensure deadlines and client deliverables are being met in a timely and accurate manner
Maintain knowledge of assigned funds, fund timelines, deal documentation and related processes
Adhere to established policies, procedures, and controls.
