Who are you?
As a senior QA engineer is responsible for overseeing the quality assurance process, ensuring that software products meet the highest standards. This role requires strong technical skills in both manual and automated testing, as well as experience with various testing tools. Knowledge in programming languages is an advantage. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive quality initiatives; you should have the ability to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities.

Responsibilities :
Test Strategy Development: Creating and implementing comprehensive test plans and strategies to cover all aspects of software testing, including functional, performance, and security testing.
Quality Assurance: Ensuring that all software products meet the company’s quality standards by conducting thorough testing and identifying any defects or issues.
Collaboration: Working closely with development teams, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of QA processes into the software development lifecycle.
Process Improvement: Continuously evaluating and improving QA processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Reporting: Tracking and reporting on QA metrics, such as defect density and open defect count, to provide insights into the quality of the software and the effectiveness of the QA processes.

Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years in QA roles.
Experience in testing WEB applications – MUST
Experience in working with R&D Teams.
Experience with reviewing requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback
Vast knowledge of QA methodologies including plan, design, test specs, execution, and reporting
Experience with both backend and frontend testing of cloud-based services
Motivation for owning the quality of the product
Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
Highly motivated, can-do approach
Expertise in designing, developing, and executing automated tests – an advantage
