Description

We are looking for an experienced Channel Sales Manager to lead the development and management of relationships

with resellers and channel partners across the Asia-Pacific region.

In this role, you will drive revenue growth, expand market presence, and ensure the success of our channel partners.

Responsibilities
Identify and recruit new resellers and channel partners in the APAC region.
Collaborate with partners to establish joint business plans and sales objectives. Participate in a partner planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones.
Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and lead business performance analysis to support daily operations and quarterly business reviews.
Implement corrective actions and initiatives to enhance partner performance and achieve sales targets.
Develop and implement strategies to expand the company's market share through channel partners.
Act as a key liaison between the company and channel partners, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.

Requirements
5+ years of experience in partnership programs, preferably at a top technology or SW market-leading company in the APAC region.
Demonstrated experience in B2B sales.
Strong understanding of the APAC market and business culture and strong personal network within the industry.
Excellent communication in English and strong negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a cross-functional team.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

** Location: Singapore - The role requires frequent travel within the APAC region.
