Senior Monetization Manager

365Scores, one of the most popular mobile sports apps globally, is looking for a Senior Monetization Manager to join our fast-growing app monetization team.

365Scores is a rapidly growing sports app and a developer and operator of online media products for millions of sports fans worldwide. With tens of millions of DAUs, across various different products, we have firmly established ourselves as one of the most widely used sports mobile apps globally.

Leveraging substantial resources from our partnership with gaming powerhouse Entain, 365Scores is committed to driving pioneering research and expansion initiatives.

Requirements:

2+ years of experience in the digital media space with hands-on experience with complex campaign configuration and management- advantage.
BA/B.Sc. student or graduate in Industrial Engineering, Media, Communications, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
Experience working with Google Ad Manager - MUST
Experience in data analytics using Excel and/or Google Sheets (formulas, Pivot, VLOOKUP) - MUST
Good analytical skills - MUST
Ability to communicate professionally in Hebrew and English, verbally and in writing
Additional languages - Arabic
Passion for Football and sports - big advantage.

Responsibilities:

Setup & maintenance of complex Direct and Programmatic ad campaigns using Google Ad Manager and internal tools.
Work closely with Sales, Account Managers and ad agencies to effectively launch and maintain all campaigns.
Own communication with internal and external stakeholders. Address day-to-day issues and questions from internal and external clients, follow up on open tasks, and ensure requests are resolved within our SLAs.
Keep our campaigns tracking tool organized and up to date - Follow up tasks, dates, statuses, budgets, formats, reminders, etc.
Handle both strategic and technical aspects of the monetization operating system.
Monitor and track KPIs to assess the effectiveness of different users in our app.
