HR Specialist - Temporary (Replacemnet for Maternity leave)

DESCRIPTION

What are we looking for?

We are seeking a dedicated and versatile HR Specialist to join our team temporarily and support our HR

functions, primarily focusing on recruitment and employee welfare activities.

*This position is a replacement for maternity leave (Up to 6 Months)

Your everyday responsibilities would be:

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including working with Hiring managers, job

postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

Plan, coordinate, and execute employee welfare activities, including Company Happy hours and

events, personal events, team-building activities, etc.

Contribute to HR projects and initiatives as needed, ensuring smooth operations within the

department.

Provide support to the HR team in diverse areas as required, demonstrating flexibility and

adaptability in handling multiple tasks.

Academic and Professional Qualifications:

Proven experience in recruitment, Welfare, and general HR functions.

Academic degree

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.

Ability to work in a fast pace environment and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously

Fast learner, able to work in a dynamic environment and be able to adapt and respond to change

Team player with the ability to work independently

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hebrew and English
