English Media Manager

About Us:
Rabbis for Human Rights is a nonprofit organization advancing a vision that integrates human rights with Jewish values. With over 170 Israeli Rabbi members, RHR advances a theology of human rights defense, combined with an activist methodology. Our work spans protective presence activities in the West Bank, advocacy in the Knesset for social rights, community engagement in the Hadera region and along the Lebanon border with people living in poverty, educational programs in pre-military academies, and initiatives that build connections across religious communities in support of human rights.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and committed English Media Manager to lead and develop our social media presence, newsletter, website and basic graphic design. This role requires close, professional management of our digital platforms to support and amplify the organization’s diverse activities and core values.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and operate the organization’s social media channels in English
Weekly newsletter, and other written communications.
Manage and edit our English website.
Prepare basic graphics for events and activities.
Actively participate as a member of the media team, contributing to strategy and communications.

Requirements:
Ideological commitment to human rights and activism
Identification with the values of RHR
English as mother-tongue, working Hebrew, Arabic an advantage
Proven experience managing social media platforms
Basic video editing skills
Graphic design skills (canva etc.)
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Ability to engage with social justice, human rights, and Jewish values in a thoughtful and compelling way.
