We are looking for a talented Learning and OD Partner to join our Learning & Development team, reporting to the Global OD & Learning Director. The Learning and OD Partner acts as a proactive, trusted advisor to the business, responsible for rolling out learning and OD programs from planning to execution, aligned with business needs and challenges.

Responsibilities:

· Identify learning needs and advise on the most suitable learning methods.

· Engage, collaborate, and build relationships with relevant stakeholders at all levels within the organization.

· Lead end-to-end learning and OD programs.

· Develop and design learning solutions, including content curation, eLearning modules, presentations, and more.

· Execute learning and OD processes to ensure seamless delivery.

· Evaluate and continuously improve learning effectiveness.

Requirements:

· At least two years of experience in the L&D domain within tech companies.

· Proven track record of successful performance in customer-facing roles.

· Demonstrated ability to plan and execute complex, cross-functional projects effectively.

· Experience in instructional design is a strong advantage.

· Proficiency in working with LMS/LXP.
