IT Support Administrator

The IT department leads an organization's effectiveness by defining, delivering, and supporting strategic plans for implementing information technologies, the internal corporate infrastructure, and production systems.
Responsibilities
We are seeking a service-oriented, hardworking IT Support Specialist to join our IT team in Israel. You will handle Tier-1 helpdesk tickets, providing first-level support to employees via in-person, phone, and remote assistance.
Key Responsibilities:
Resolve hardware, software, and OS issues on macOS and Windows.
Manage ticketing and inventory systems.
Support laptops, desktops, network printers, video conferencing equipment, and basic office network issues.
Facilitate IT onboarding/offboarding processes and maintain IT inventory.
Provide technical assistance for video conferencing and company events.
What we expect
1+ year of IT Support/Help Desk experience.
Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware, software, and network issues.
Experience with macOS, Windows, and hardware components.
Basic networking troubleshooting knowledge.
High customer service orientation.
Desired
Experience with MS Azure AD, Intune, O365, Google Workspace, Okta IDP, Jamf, and conference systems (Zoom, Polycom, Crestron).
