Social Media & Community Manager

Unique nonprofit in the field of Israeli-Palestinian joint working is looking for a dedicated, talented and creative individual to manage our English and Hebrew social media platforms, and grow our communities both locally and internationally

The role involves creating unique content and bespoke communications across our channels, as well as our rapidly expanding donor base. The role will also require some report writing, data management and analysis and donor relations

The right candidate will be required to

Deliver a communications strategy with a coordinated plan for each channel - social media channels, Hebrew digital newsletter, and website
Facilitate technical arrangements for webinars and other on/offline events
Work closely and collaboratively with the Palestinian media officer and with our American Friends association to produce high quality content and graphics
Coordinate and plan international social media and crowdfunding campaigns
Analyze data and produce accurate and compelling reports

Our ideal candidate is:

A native English speaker and writer with a flare for storytelling. Hebrew and/or Arabic a significant bonus.
Committed to the values of non-violence, equality and human rights for all
ű Autonomous, independent and able to use their own initiative when required
Experienced in developing and implementing a social media strategy for a nonprofit and measuring results
Highly responsible, thorough, flexible, and passionate about our mission
Has passion for field work and can participate time to time in our activities on the ground, usually in the West Bank and occasionally in Israel

Hybrid working 2/3 days per week in Tel Aviv or Beit Jala
