System Analyst

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Business Analyst to join our team. As a Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our digital products and services. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, R&D teams, and IT, to shape and deliver efficient fulfillment processes.

Requirements:

- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Business Analyst from the manufacturing domain.

- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, methodologies, and best practices.

- Proficient in creating and interpreting databases, including entity relationship diagrams (ERDs).

- Strong technical background, with a good understanding of web technologies, APIs, relational databases and integration processes.

- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts and ideas to diverse stakeholders.

- Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality products within agreed-upon timelines.

- Proven ability to analyze data, draw meaningful insights, and make data-driven decisions.

- Strong problem-solving coupled with a results-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements related to manufacturing processes.

- Develop detailed PRDs that outline functional and non-functional requirements.

- Create and maintain flow diagrams, entity relationship diagrams (ERDs), and state machines to illustrate system processes and data relationships.

- Facilitate workshops and meetings to elicit requirements and validate solutions.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, production, and quality assurance, to ensure alignment and successful implementation of projects.

- Identify opportunities for process improvements within manufacturing operations and recommend solutions.

- Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure that deliverables meet business requirements.

- Document and manage contracts and agreements with stakeholders and vendors.

- Provide user guids and lead implementation process on the production floor with the relevant departments.

- Work closely with R&D teams, providing them with clear and detailed specifications to ensure smooth and efficient development processes.
