You will collect customer insights and feedback, translating them into actionable product improvements, helping to refine GTM strategy, and shaping the short and long-term product roadmap. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive product success and business goals. If you’re a tech - savvy problem solver, customer-focused, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you!As Product Solution Manager, you will:Map, discover and prioritize customer's needs and expectations to ensure solution successDesign, develop, oversee, and adapt data sources and data solutions balancing customer demands with business objectivesFacilitate seamless collaboration between Architects, data engineers, developers, QA teams to deliver top-tier product road maps and releases.Be the main focal point for Sales, sales engineers, and project managers to provide the best value to high-end security organizations.Actively engage in pre-sales activities, including demonstrations, Proof of Concepts (POCs), and RFIs / RFPs.Manage product or service issues, prioritizing them effectively and overseeing their resolution.Build strong relationships with government clients, gathering essential requirements and feedback.Collaborate across organizational functions to refine and enhance customer engagement and project processes.Requirements:For that mission you’ll need:At least 3 years of proven experience in solution management, product management, pre-sale engineering, in data or analytics products, preferably in B2B\B2G SaaS or enterprise environmentsExperience with data modeling, data management, understanding of databases, analysis, and data integration technologiesProven track record of identifying customer requirements, understanding their needs, and delivering effective solutions.Excellent written and verbal communication across technical and non-technical areas.Hands-on experience in Intelligence, Security, or Cyber domains is highly valued.Ability to grasp both overarching strategies and meticulous details.Tech-savvy professional with a thirst for learning new technologies.Exceptional communication for Outbound & Inbound presentation skillsSelf-driven, independent, and a collaborative team player.Strong familiarity with SIGINT or IP network technologies, with deep expertise - a big advantage.Excellent English Skills.Willingness to travel to client locations as needed (approximately 10-20% of work time/year).Career Page:ProductCountry:Israel
