We are looking for a highly motivated Assistant Controller to join our finance team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. This role will play a key part in financial reporting, compliance, and audit processes across multiple entities.

Responsibilities
Insight Generation: Analyze and interpret complex marketing data (customer behavior, campaign results, market trends) to identify key insights and opportunities for optimization.
Data Exploration: Leverage large and diverse datasets to uncover patterns, trends, and potential growth drivers across all marketing channels and initiatives.
Performance Optimization: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate campaign effectiveness, identify areas for improvement, and drive continuous optimization of user acquisition and engagement efforts.
Reporting & Dashboards: Design, develop, and maintain intuitive dashboards and recurring reports that effectively communicate key findings and recommendations to stakeholders and leadership.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with marketing managers, product teams, analysts, and data engineers to provide analytical support for strategic decision-making and business planning.
Advanced Analytics: Apply advanced analytical and statistical techniques (e.g., regression analysis, cohort analysis) to identify growth opportunities and improve marketing ROI.
Process Improvement: Proactively identify opportunities to optimize marketing analytics processes, automate reporting, and enhance data accuracy.

Requirements
5+ years of experience in marketing analytics, business intelligence, or a related field, with a strong preference for experience within a B2C mobile app environment.
Expert-level proficiency in SQL and a deep understanding of relational databases.
Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Looker or Tableau.
Demonstrated expertise in analytical thinking and statistical analysis/modeling techniques.
Solid understanding of marketing principles and practices (e.g., marketing channels, campaign strategy, customer segmentation).
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly and concisely present complex data and insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Highly motivated self-starter with strong problem-solving skills, meticulous attention to detail, and sound business acumen.

Bonus Points:

Experience working within a Google Cloud Platform (GCP) environment.
Proficiency in Python for data analysis and automation.
