*The Role*

We’re looking for a *Solution Engineer* who combines technical depth with curiosity and initiative. Someone who can *identify and engage potential customers*, understand their needs, and craft tailored, high-impact solutions.

This role is perfect for a *technically minded builder* ready to grow into a *customer- and business-facing* position in a fast-moving AI infrastructure company.

*What You’ll Do*

* Engage with AI and developer communities (Reddit, Discord, Slack, etc.) to surface new leads and understand market needs.
* Partner with *Sales and Product* to design and deliver demos, POCs, and customer integrations.
* Serve as the *technical voice to customers*, guiding them from first contact to successful onboarding.
* Experiment with the platform to discover new use cases and extend capabilities.
* Support lead generation through community channels, meetups, and outbound tools (Clay, LinkedIn, HubSpot).
* Create documentation, tutorials, and best-practice playbooks to scale enablement.

*What We’re Looking For*

* *2+ years* in a technical, customer-facing role (Solution Engineer, Sales Engineer, Technical PM, or Developer with client exposure).
* Strong grasp of *AI technologies, tools, APIs, and cloud infrastructure*.
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills; able to translate technical depth into business impact.
* Proactive, curious, and self-directed — comfortable identifying opportunities and driving initiatives.
* Fluent in English (written and spoken).
* (Bonus) Experience with AI agents, LLMs, or developer community engagement.
