Who are we looking for

We're looking for a Frontend Developer who builds with purpose — someone to join us in shaping the core product and directly influencing how our users experience it.

Your focus will be developing and maintaining our Player. You're a Vanilla JS expert, but technical skill is only part of what we need. You're someone who thinks beyond the task at hand — who understands how your work connects to the business model, the product strategy, and the people using it every day. You don't just ship features; you question what they're for, how they fit, and what it actually means for them to succeed.

You'll be responsible for all aspects of performance and functionality, working closely with Product and Backend to deliver high-quality, responsive, and intuitive user experiences.

You have an eye for detail, experience writing maintainable production-grade code, and a genuine curiosity about the technology landscape — including how AI tools and best practices can elevate the way we build.

In this role, you'll take on a key part in developing frontend components from ideation through design, implementation, and deployment, while enhancing the scalability of our frontend codebase.

Requirements

• 4+ consecutive years of experience in Vanilla JS 
• Experience working within the core development team of a SaaS company whose technology is embedded into customers' websites via a JavaScript snippet, SDK, or similar code-based integration (non-negotiable)
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development practices and a drive to stay current with emerging tools and methodologies that improve code quality, velocity, and product outcomes
• Involvement in the optimization of web applications, including identification of issues, conceptualization of solutions, and code implementation
• Expertise in developing mobile-responsive web applications
• Proficiency with browser APIs and optimizing frontend performance
• Business-oriented mindset — you understand the company's business model, can connect technical decisions to commercial outcomes, and think beyond the ticket in front of you
• Product mindset — you care about the details but never lose sight of the bigger picture; you understand how each component fits within the broader product and user journey
• Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to translate ambiguous product requirements into clean, scalable solutions
• Strong collaboration skills — you thrive on brainstorming and working closely with cross-functional teams to develop ideas and ship solutions together

Added bonus: 3+ years of experience in the frontend realm, including hands-on experience with Vue.js

This is a high impact role within the company. We are very user focused, from UX to logic and performance, and you’ll be expected to understand product requirements and collaborate with our teams on features and releases.
