 What you’ll do:

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and offer negotiation
• Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
• Build a robust pipeline of great candidates using a variety of creative channels
• Conduct thorough interviews (over the phone, online, and in-person) to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition

What you’ll need:

• 3+ years of recruiting experience in a high-tech company 
• Experience in conducting in-depth HR interviews
• In-depth knowledge of recruitment strategies, sourcing techniques, and talent acquisition best practices
• Experience in global recruitment — especially across EMEA and APAC markets
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Proactive and independent, but also a team player
• Proficiency in English
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Behavioral Science or equivalent
