Job Description:
Are you a fluent English speaker with a flair for communication and a knack for sales? If you're driven, have experience in biz dev, and are eager to grow your career in cybersecurity, join us at DevOcean! We are looking for candidates with 1-2 years of experience in sales roles—such as SDR or BDR—within cybersecurity or high-tech companies. As an SDR, you'll be instrumental in our growth, engaging with potential clients and paving the way for successful and superior customer success.
Key Responsibilities:
Outbound Lead Generation: Identify potential leads using LinkedIn, web searches, and other innovative methods.
Inbound Lead Nurturing: Interact with visitors to our website and respond to leads from various inbound marketing activities like webinars and eBooks.
Lead Qualification: Evaluate leads to ascertain their alignment with our Ideal Customer Profile and readiness for sales.
Cold Outreach: Proactively initiate contact via LinkedIn, phone, and email to generate interest and schedule sales meetings.
Messaging: Develop, test, and refine outreach communications to maximize engagement.
Schedule Meetings: Coordinate meetings or calls between potential clients and sales executives.
CRM Management: Update and maintain our HubSpot CRM with detailed prospect information.
Market Research: Keep abreast of market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
Exhibition Representation: Represent DevOcean at trade shows, events, and conferences to network and generate leads.
Prospect Follow-Up & Nurture: Engage with prospects to advance them through the sales process.
Analytics: Analyze sales data to evaluate strategy effectiveness and predict sales trends.

Qualifications:
Mother-tongue level English proficiency.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A proactive and enthusiastic approach to challenges.
Sales and/or Business Development experience selling B2B technology (preferably for cybersecurity)
Ability to collaborate effectively in a team setting.
