Account Manager: Italian Desk

What will you be doing?

• Provide trade and administrative support to our global retail, corporate and institutional clients across phone, email, and web chat. 
• Provide extraordinary service aligned with the company's culture and values
• Gain a strong understanding of various financial instruments such as stocks, options, futures, FX, cryptocurrencies, bonds, and commodities.
•  Provide trading expertise on P&L and margin calculations, order types, charges, trade assistance, and investigations. 
• Answering queries and cross-selling our products and platforms.
• Onboard and retain high-value clients, provide valuable information, assist with high-severity cases and inquiries
• Being an ambassador in carrying out the company's vision, mission, and products

• Mother Tongue level of Italian- Must 
• Good level of English - Must 
• Experience with the stock markets/ ETFs/ Trading or Cryptocurrencies - Advantage
• BA degree in Finance/ in a relevant domain
• Experience in Customer-Facing roles/ Retention/ Sales/ Account /Portfolio Management 
• Highly organized and can handle multiple daily priorities in a dynamic environment
• Ability to self-manage your time and prioritize tasks
• Be a real team player
• Have excellent learning skills
• Be motivated to succeed and willing to contribute
• Be target-oriented
• Have phenomenal interpersonal skills and communication skills (both written and verbal)
• This position is a full-time position working Mon-Fri In Israel (Hybrid)
