We're looking for a highly motivated Account Manager to join our Nordic Desk and deliver an outstanding client experience.  

What will you be doing? 

• Build and maintain relationships with Dutch-speaking clients 
• Support clients through phone, email, Teams, WhatsApp, and other communication channels 
• Identify clients' needs and provide tailored solutions 
• Promote relevant products and services while delivering exceptional customer experience 
• Handle client inquiries and complex cases efficiently 
• Contribute to the team's growth and overall business objectives 

• Native-level Dutch - Must 
• High level of English - Must 
• 3+ years of experience in a client service role.
• Highly motivated with a strong desire to succeed 
• Customer- and sales-oriented, with excellent relationship-building skills 
• Excellent communication skills across multiple channels, including phone, Microsoft Teams, email, and WhatsApp 
• Strong ability to adapt communication style to different client profiles and situations 
• Experience or knowledge of financial markets, investing, or cryptocurrencies - Advantage 
• AI proficiency - comfortable using AI tools to improve productivity, automate routine tasks, and enhance client communication 
• Well-organized, proactive, and able to prioritize in a fast-paced environment 
• Team player with a positive attitude and strong learning mindset 

This position is a full-time position working Mon-Fri in Israel (Hybrid)
