Head of Data - Keshet 12

We are looking for a Head of Data to join Keshet 12 and serve as a key player at the intersection of data and technology.

This role is responsible for translating our commercial business needs into data-driven solutions, designing analytical processes, and defining supporting information systems – while collaborating with a variety of internal interfaces across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Define technological and analytical processes for measurement, analysis, and insights generation.
• Design and implement new data systems and tools, ensuring seamless integration with existing platforms and technologies.
• Conduct system analysis: understand existing data structures, identify gaps, plan for future needs, and make data accessible to business stakeholders.
• Investigate data and extract insights using tools such as SQL, Domo, and other BI platforms.
• Develop measurement infrastructures and define commercial KPIs in collaboration with business and technical teams.
• Incorporate and implement new data tools into ongoing work processes.
• Translate business questions into precise data solutions, ensuring data accuracy and reliability.
• Maintain ongoing collaboration with IT, BI, commercial teams, and other internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a similar role combining systems analysis, data, and BI.
• Hands-on experience with BI tools and analytics platforms such as Domo, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Proficiency in SQL and working with databases and data warehouses.
• Strong understanding of data structures, data flows, and system integrations.
• Experience leading projects involving the specification, design, and implementation of data systems.
• Excellent analytical thinking and a system-wide perspective.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present data and insights clearly and effectively
• Familiarity with programming languages (e.g., Python) – an advantage.
