Affiliates Team Lead

Description:

We are looking for an outstanding, energetic, and strategic Affiliates Team Lead to take ownership of our global affiliate program and grow within our department. You will stabilize and lead our core affiliates team, scale key international markets, and implement cutting-edge marketing tracking.

As you establish operational excellence, you will grow and mentor the affiliates team, paving the way for you to assume horizontal management.

What You Will Do

• Team Leadership & Growth: Manage, align, and upscale a multinational team (including our local team and Bulgaria operations). 
• Strategic Market Penetration: Plan and drive execution of localized penetration plans across high-value markets.
• High-Stakes Business Development: Personally lead high-level negotiations and secure premium, long-term hybrid deals with global publishers, elite partners, and major agencies over international conferences and face-to-face partner meetings.
• Innovation & AI Integration: Modernize departmental operations by implementing AI-driven workflows and deploying an external platform to measure brand presence across emerging LLMs.
• Finance & Performance: Oversee budget management, performance auditing, and optimize complex payment structures in tight coordination with Compliance and Finance.

What You Bring to the Table

• Academic Background: B.Sc. or B.A. degree. A B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering from a top-tier institution (e.g., Technion) is highly preferred.
• Proven Experience: 2+ years of experience in affiliates/performance marketing/ operations/ BizDev leadership, or managing scalable affiliate/influencer networks. 
• Elite Deal-Making & Communication: Fluent, business-level English. Comfortable with presenting data to executives or closing a massive deal over a business dinner abroad.
• Analytical skills: A strong engineering mindset. Ability to transform raw traffic, attribution, and financial data into actionable, risk-managed commercial growth.
• Autonomy & Execution: A proactive, business-oriented "builder" who thrives in fast-paced environments and can manage complex projects end-to-end.
