Social Media Manager (Maternity Leave Replacement)

Plus500 is seeking a Hands-on Social Media Manager to fill a maternity leave replacement role.

In this role, you’ll be hands-on in bringing Plus500’s organic social media strategy to life, working closely with local partners and teams around the globe. involving content creation, community management, and trend analysis. Creative thinking, strong writing skills, a proactive ‘can-do’ approach, and financial knowledge are highly valued and should contribute to the company's growth in the organic social media space.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement Plus500’s organic social media strategy across platforms, including TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X
• Plan and enhance localization and brand awareness with local teams
• in various regions.
• Create high-quality, engaging content (posts, tweets, videos, stories) that aligns with the brand voice and objectives.
• Monitor social media channels for trends and insights, staying updated with the latest platform changes and best practices.
• Collaborate with marketing, content, and design teams to ensure a cohesive brand experience across all digital channels.
• Analyze and report on social media performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Develop and manage social media calendars to ensure timely and consistent content delivery.
• Work with local content creators.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in social media management for a
• global corporation, with a proven focus on organic growth.
• Proven track record of growing and managing social media channels organically.
• Experience with video editing software such as CapCut, Premiere, Final Cut or similar tools – Required.
• Experience with AI tools (e.g., Gemini, NotebookLM, Nano Banana, HeyGen, Canva etc.) – Required.
• Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
• Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas and solutions.
• Hands-on experience in content creation, video production, and photography.
• Knowledge of finance, with a strong emphasis on the investments and trading world - Advantage.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in TikTok and other short-form content platforms, with a demonstrated track record of producing engaging content.
• Fluency in English and Hebrew is required
