Description:

Paragon is a fast-growing cyber company that is rapidly establishing itself as a key player in the industry. It’s an innovative company with a cutting-edge product based in Tel Aviv. We’re looking for a UX/UI Designer with a passion for leading best-in-class and innovative products.

In this role, you’ll leverage your passion for UX, solve complex challenges, design end-to-end user experiences and collaborate with different teams to create unique and intuitive features. You will play a crucial role in the design and development of our products, ensuring they are user-friendly, intuitive and visually appealing.

Responsibilities:

Translate highly complex concepts into clear and intuitive flows
Apply and maintain consistency with Paragon’s standards and guidelines
Maintain and extend the existing design system / component library
Work in a dynamic environment with quick decision making within tight schedules
Iterate on designs based on PM, developers, and user feedback
Oversee projects from start to finish, collaborate with colleagues focused on product, design, copy, data, development and QA
Run all creative work process for all UX/UI of our products, from research to final design

Requirements:

2+ years of demonstrated experience with end-to-end UX/UI design
Demonstrable UX/UI skills with a strong portfolio which includes complex systems
Mastery of Figma
Ability to clearly and effectively communicate design processes, ideas, and solutions to teams and clients
Quick learner, with a strong sense of ownership, proactive and self-motivated team player
Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
Pixel-perfect attitude, with attention to the smallest of details
High proficiency in English (spoken and written)
