We are looking for a Tech and Data Program Lead for Amdocs marketing organization to drive critical initiatives in tools requirements gathering, implementation, and change management within our high-tech global company. This role will be pivotal in managing the implementation of Monday.com and other key tools and apps, ensuring alignment with business requirements and fostering collaboration across various corporate units such as procurement, legal, IT, and information security.

What will your job look like?

• Lead the requirements gathering, implementation, and change management processes for tools and applications, ensuring they meet business needs and integrate seamlessly with existing systems.
• Manage the implementation and ongoing program management of Monday.com, serving as the primary point of contact for configuration, customization, and user training.
• Conduct thorough business requirements analysis and search for the most suitable tools and apps, translating needs into actionable plans and solutions.
• Collaborate closely with corporate units including procurement, legal, IT, and information security to ensure tools and working use cases compliance and alignment with company policies and standards.
• Lead vendor selection processes, evaluating and managing relationships with external vendors to support tool implementation and ongoing operations.
• Utilize project management methodologies to oversee timelines, resources, Success measurements and budgets, ensuring successful delivery of programs.
• Measure and report on program success metrics, adjusting strategies as needed to optimize outcomes.
• Lead the adoption of AI tools for marketing where applicable to enhance programs efficiencies and better outcomes (AI tools experience preferred).

All you need is...

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 4-5 years’ experience in this role within hi-tech global companies, with a focus on project management and vendors management,
• Proven track record in requirements gathering, implementation, and change management of tools and applications.
• Experience in sales and marketing tools and AI relevant apps is highly preferred.
• Experience with Monday.com or similar project management tools is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of business analysis principles and methodologies.
• Excellent relationship-building skills with the ability to interact effectively with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
• Proficiency in English is essential.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a positive attitude, empathy, and high energy.
